Health concerns: Bloating, flatulence, cramps

I've gone through years of gastro issues. I've done all the different types of restrictive diets. But something was missing. With each route I take to correct my stomach issues, I learn something new.

I saw a post you did in a Candida Facebook group. I started following you on Instagram and learned everything I could. I'm a thinker so I thought about it a lot before I decided to reach out, lol. With everything I knew about gastro issues, coupled with seeing all the information you've given just on Instagram, I knew you would be the best fit for me. Plus, having someone who could read a stool test was something I was looking for.

Before the programme, I was frustrated. Loose stools + constipation. Drastic mood swings.

At the beginning of the programme, I didn't feel too well because of trying new things thinking it would help, but my gut was just not ready for it. After realizing that Inulin was not my best friend, it was easier to pinpoint what was working or not working. Towards the end of the program, my body was starting to adjust to the supplements and food. I could tell things were slowly working.

My biggest challenge was sugar. Lol. I still struggle with it, but it's getting better. The probiotics help to change what you crave for. And I don't crave sugar nearly as much. I think also getting the right amount of fiber for my gut was difficult. I need a delicate amount of just enough --not too much, not too little.

Today, I feel much better! My gut is slowly healing. My mind is also improving. The connection between the gut and the mind is huge.

My advice is to be patient. Healing can take time and it isn't always pleasant. Don't label your body based on someone else's experience: what worked for others may not work for you. And that's something to not get discouraged with.
